     (using Psychological tools)

     new employee data entry, create daily attendance & overtime report

     include the monthly recap & annual leave

REQUIREMENTS

grey dot   Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology

grey dot   Have min. 2 years working experience in the related field

grey dot   Reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications, such as MS. Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.

grey dot   Assist in prepare scenario of System Integration Testing (SIT) based on SOP in the field

     in order to ensure that all subcomponents in the system provide the required functionality

grey dot   Record all entire issue based on result of System Integration Testing (SIT) in order to provide

     accurate information that helps in the process of documentation System Integration Testing (SIT)

grey dot   Assist in process retesting of System Integration Testing (SIT) in order to facilitate entire process running

     based on SOP

grey dot   Perform preparation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)’s environment (master data, printer)

     with clear acceptance test plan in requirement analysis and design phase in order to

     facilitate test planning, and creating UAT environment

grey dot   Perform user’s mentoring during process User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

     in order to ensure that user understand the operation of system

grey dot   Checking application and infrastructure readiness toward production environment

     in order to diminish serious error during implemation process

grey dot   Provide data related all issues in application/system after go-live

     to provide precise documentation for Project Manager

grey dot   Record all data of improvement in application or feature addition during go live

     in order to tracting any changing in application and facilitate socialization of improvement

grey dot   Develop the required service oriented attitude to both internal and external customers

grey dot   Develop the required competencies, understand what are expected from them

     in relation to the new organization & system, and perform and contribute accordingly

grey dot   Administer and manage the filling and maintenance of company legal documents

grey dot   Assist Legal Dept Head to prepare the drafts of all legal documents, agreements and instruments

     related to all contracts for the Company’s useensuring that the Company’s interests are protected

grey dot   Assist Legal Dept Head in reviewing and developing all contracts and any other legal related documents

grey dot   Provide simple legal opinion associated with law and litigation

grey dot   Administer all legal documents of Company and subsidiaries, including handle the Company

     and subsidiaries license, such as SIUP and others

grey dot   Assist in the administration of corporate action, such as Right Issue, etc.,

     by preparing necessary documents as required

grey dot   Document all rules and regulations which are interrelated with the Company and subsidiaries

grey dot   Assist Legal Dept Head to establish and to maintain an up to date awareness of all legal requirements

     relevant to the Company’s operations and ensure that management is aware of changes

     which may affect the Company and subsidiaries

grey dot   Assist Legal Dept Head to manage and administer Intellectual Proprietary Rights (IPR)

     of any from of innovation invented / created in the corporation with focus on the following activities:

     Liaise with related parties to register the result of research and publication to Ministry of Legal

     and Human Rights to secure IPR, and Manage IPR and Observe the Violation of IPR by 3rd Parties

 

REQUIREMENTS

grey dot   Bachelor degree from Law

grey dot   Have min. 2 year working experience in similar position will be an advantage

grey dot   Knowledge in Corporate Legal

grey dot   Reasonable knowledge in using relevant MS. Office applications, and excellent proficiency

     in using spreadsheet and financial tools
